Flagstaff, Bicycled Buffalo park and trail along Oak creek and trail at slide rock
Did Airport Trail and "enhanced rock spiral along creek
Elaine swam in the creek
Did the West Fork trail -- this time with waders and we went quite far
Fall 2006 --
Nancy Reickhoff Visited,
Went to Art Show at Sedona High School
Did Airport Trail
Injured foot and had to go to emergency care --some sort of arthritic pain--went away in a few days with the right "drug." -- Indocin
